It improves your circulation, so your organs and skin get more oxygen; it moves fluid through your lymphatic system. A relaxation massage encourages your body to digest its food, and get rid of its toxins. It also aids sleep.

Aroma Oil Massage

This massage is a holistic treatment of caring for the body with pleasant smelling scents and essential oils.

Gold Aroma Massage

This treatment is very similar to our aroma oil massage but with the added benefit of pure powdered 24-carat gold. This product has active agents with slivers of pure 24-carat gold. Gold in itself protects the skin against the negative effects of the environment, boosts the skin’s immunity and increases its resistance to the elements.


Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is related very closely to remedial massage but focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body, through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, by either following or crossing over the muscle fibres, fascia and tendons.


Remedial Massage

Remedial massage aims to alleviate and aid repair of acute and chronic musculoskeletal problems brought about by muscular and fascial tension. It typically involves deep tissue/sports massage which is suited to athletes and postural corrective work ideal for office workers and pregnant mums


Hot Oil Massage

This is a remedial massage focusing on the treatment of soft tissue injuries and aching muscles. Penetrative hot oils and hot balm are used to relax and loosen the affected areas. Thai style remedial massage is then applied to disperse tension and tightness within muscles. Ideal for sports recovery and the alleviation of prolonged muscle sorenes.

Candle Massage

Experience the ultimate spa massage with the soothing effects of our skin candles. Unlike melted paraffin wax which cools and clumps on the skin, our soy wax melts into an oil that remains soft on skin because it’s melting point is just two degrees above body temperature.


Herbal Ball Massage

The Thai Herbal Ball compress technique offers several potential health benefits: It induces deep relaxation, relieves stress and fatigue, boosts both emotional and physical well-being, assists alignment and postural integrity of the body, improves circulation of blood and lymph and stimulates the internal organs. The hot compresses are ideal for alleviating pain, stiff, sore or pulled muscles and ligaments, chronic back aches, arthritis, even skin conditions, migraines and chronic stress or anxiety. The blend of traditional Thai herbs used in these compresses has a relaxing and invigorating effect on the body and mind, soothing sore and overworked muscles while giving the body's energy reserves a huge boost.

Combination Massage

This is our most popular and recommended type of massage. A combination between ancient Thai techniques and oil massage, this treatment relaxes and releases the muscles from tension that may have accumulated from the modern lifestyle and/or stress.


Pregnancy Bliss Massage

To assist with the tensions and pains experienced during pregnancy. These tensions are often caused by the extra weight and shift in the centre of gravity of the body. There are many physical benefits to Pregnancy Massage, It reduces peripheral swelling, soothes the nervous system, helps to prevent insomnia, muscle cramps and back pain.

This massage is only recommended during the 2nd and 3rd trimester. Techniques are used as the client progresses throughout the pregnancy and massage may be performed whilst she is lying on her side, seated, or in a recline position on the massage table. Once the pregnancy has advanced, she is discouraged from lying on her back as this may cause pressure on the deep blood vessels within the body. Regular massage throughout pregnancy is said to shorten labour time and assist a return to optimal fitness after birth.
